Rules and Regulations: Each contestant must pay $45 registration fee. Students must have two models, one for each category. Models will be judged based on hair, (clothes and make up are extra points however the hair is what carry the points to win) There will be two mandatory meeting, a meet and greet, where we will give out the itinerary for the show, the second will be a rehearsal date. Music and stage design will be provided by Shear Excellence.
